Morning Clarity has quickly become my new favourite daily drink. I make up a large pitcher every morning, adding a little honey and lemon, then let it cool on the bench. Once chilled, it turns into the most refreshing cold beverage — light, smooth, and incredibly satisfying.

I absolutely love it and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious, uplifting drink to enjoy throughout the day!

I’ve been drinking so much of this at the end of my pregnancy, to get my two cups a day in I made up a jug of iced tea for the fridge and honestly now I wake up and don’t want a hot drink or coffee or anything, I go to the fridge for a glass of this tea! It’s also so nice when I’m feeling like I need extra hydration rather than water.. I’ve been putting in the tea leaves and then some fruits! Lemons from the tree and oranges are nice, this time I have cucumber and blood orange in there.. and the box of tea is actually going a longer way than I expected it to!

This has been my best friend during pregnancy, even my partner loves it 😅 he always asks if I want petals for the bath and comes with me and rubs the little lavender pieces over us because they smell good haha! It’s relaxing and smells delicious and always makes me feel way more luxurious than a normal bath.. plus the packaging is so beautiful! This bed time tea is one of my new favourites, and truly, it works! As a Mum of four little humans, drinking something that not only nourishes me but supports my nervous system for a deeper, more relaxed sleep has made a really beautiful difference. This magnesium oil is amazing! It doesn’t leave any trace or residue on clothing or bedding. I love it for my children and husband. Everyone gets a spray before bed on their feet and honestly it’s the easiest routine to keep when your life is full!
